How to Enjoy Matcha as Recommended by MARUFUKU

1. Put hot water in a bowl.      Next warm the chasen inside so soften it. 2. Throw the water away and sift 1g of matcha into thebowl through a strainer for a better result.

3. Slowly pour water heated to about 80 degrees.Celsius into the warm bowl.  Stir it quickly along an “M”movement.

When a soft light formed,slowly take the whisk from the bowl.(100ml)
